Each clinician (therapist) creates and manages their own individual schedule. To reach your therapist, please directly call or securely message (https://waysofplay.clientsecure.me/). Ways of Play clinicians will do their best to accommodate your schedule. When speaking to your therapist, please ask about their availability; this can help you decide if this therapist fits your unique needs.

Due to the nature of our business, phone calls are hard to answer. Below are ways to get a hold of your clinician or owner of Ways of Play Counseling Services LLC.
Secure messaging- This is the most HIPAA secure way to talk to your clinician. If you have information pertaining to your treatment, diagnosis, billing, secure messaging through Simple Practice ensures your privacy. Go to https://waysofplay.clientsecure.me to access your secure messaging. https://waysofplay.clientsecure.me/
Email/Text- your therapist can provide you with an email address or number to text for quick responses. It is recommended to keep this communication limited to running late or canceling. Email and texting are not guaranteed HIPAA compliant. Should you choose to utilize these forms of communication, Ways of Play Counseling cannot promise confidentiality and privacy. For the most secure communication, please use the secure messaging feature through your client portal.
Phone calls/ voicemails- should you decide to call and leave a message, please leave your first name and phone number and a brief reason for your calling (e.g., billing issue, scheduling conflict).
